ASSOCIATION OF DIGITAL MEDIA ECONOMY

Article 1- Name of the Association: The name of the association is “Association of Digital Media Economy” and will be referred to as “DİMED” in short.

Article 2- Purpose of the Association: The purpose of the association is to carry out studies and activities that will contribute to the development and promotion of digital media economy and content production, and to provide solutions to the problems and deficiencies in this field.

Article 3- Headquarters of the Association: The headquarters of the association is located at [address].

Article 4- Duration of the Association: The association has been established for an unlimited period of time.

Article 5- Working Areas of the Association: The working areas of the association are as follows:

• To carry out studies and research on digital media economy and content production,
• To organize trainings, seminars, and conferences in the field of digital media economy and content production,
• To support and encourage individuals and institutions working in the field of digital media economy and content production,
• To establish partnerships and collaborations with domestic and international organizations working in the field of digital media economy and content production,
• To carry out any other activity deemed necessary to achieve the purpose of the association.

Article 6- Members of the Association: The association can accept members who accept the purpose and working areas of the association and who do not have any legal obstacles. The membership application is evaluated by the Board of Directors and the decision is communicated to the applicant in writing.

Article 7- Organs of the Association: The organs of the association are as follows:

• General Assembly,
• Board of Directors,
• Board of Auditors.

Article 8- General Assembly: The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the association and is made up of members who have completed their membership procedures. The General Assembly convenes at least once a year to discuss and decide on the issues specified in the agenda.

Article 9- Board of Directors: The Board of Directors is the executive body of the association and is responsible for implementing the decisions taken by the General Assembly. The Board of Directors consists of [number of members] members and is elected by the General Assembly for a term of [number of years] years.
